These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LuckPub's platform, games, and services. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. We've written them in plain English so there are no nasty surprises.
LuckPub is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted on all accounts before withdrawal processing. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is grounds for permanent ban.
Each player may hold only one registered account on LuckPub. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and any balances held across multiple accounts may be forfeited without notice.
All financial activity on LuckPub — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — is denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied on LuckPub's end for Pakistani payment methods.
Collusion, use of bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.
By accessing or using any part of LuckPub's website at luckpub.biz, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LuckPub.

To register a LuckPub account and use the platform's real-money services, you must meet all of the following criteria:
LuckPub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes but is not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and verification of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
LuckPub does not knowingly allow minors to register accounts. If it is determined that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and all deposits will be returned minus any winnings derived from the account.
Each player may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are identified, LuckPub will merge or close accounts at its discretion and may forfeit balances held across the additional accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuckPub account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. LuckPub staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
You must notify LuckPub immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. LuckPub will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such a report, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before notification is received.
Account sharing: LuckPub accounts are strictly for personal use. Allowing another person to access and use your account — even a family member — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
LuckPub accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All of these methods are available to Pakistani players and are processed in PKR without currency conversion on LuckPub's end.
The minimum single deposit on LuckPub is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, however LuckPub may apply additional verification steps for deposits above a certain threshold as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
LuckPub does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside LuckPub's control.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. LuckPub will not process deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Any deposits received from unverifiable sources may be held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on LuckPub are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. LuckPub does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods other than the one used to fund the account.
The minimum withdrawal amount on LuckPub is Rs 500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, LuckPub will complete a standard identity verification check. This is a one-time requirement and applies to all accounts. Required documents include a valid CNIC and a selfie for identity confirmation. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals process without additional identity documentation.
Bonus balances: Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus. You cannot withdraw a bonus amount until the wagering requirement has been met in full. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
LuckPub offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, and tournament prize top-ups. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonus offers unless specific terms state otherwise.
Attempting to exploit bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is considered bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus and review of the account.
All bets placed on LuckPub are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market involved. General rules applying across all LuckPub gaming categories are listed below.
All casino game outcomes on LuckPub — including slots, roulette, virtual sports, and poker hand dealing — are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited and its outputs are statistically random and unaffected by any previous or future game result. LuckPub does not manipulate game outcomes in any direction.
All cash table and tournament poker on LuckPub is player-versus-player. LuckPub earns rake from cash tables and a registration fee from tournaments. LuckPub does not hold a seat at any table. The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckPub and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

LuckPub provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. LuckPub is not liable for losses arising from:
Maximum liability: In all cases where LuckPub is found liable for a service failure, LuckPub's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of the player's deposited funds held in their LuckPub account at the time of the failure, less any amounts already withdrawn.
Nothing in these terms limits LuckPub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
LuckPub reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, suspicious activity, or any other conduct detrimental to LuckPub or its player community.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be released and the suspension lifted. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
Players may close their own LuckPub account at any time by contacting the support team. Before a player-initiated account closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining balance returned to the player's registered payment method.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons can request this through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and LuckPub will take reasonable steps to ensure the player cannot bypass the exclusion on the same platform. LuckPub may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, LuckPub will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the LuckPub platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree with a material change to these terms, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect.
Minor clarifications, grammatical corrections, or changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without individual notification. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision regardless of its scope.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which LuckPub operates. By using the LuckPub platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of LuckPub's services.
